Hi, I’m Bria Tavakoli. I’ve created Private Yoga + Pilates Uptown to serve busy professionals in the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Harlem, and Morningside Heights/Columbia University areas of Manhattan. I work with tech entrepreneurs, marketing executives, lawyers, psychotherapists, doctors, busy parents, bankers, students, couples, athletes, and so many other awesome folks.
